What kind of foundation do you wear?
Makeup Forever HD in 175, Laura Mercier in Toffee Bronze (tinted moisturizer in Walnut), Illamasqua skinbase in 15, Revlon Photoready in Cappuccino mixed with Revlon Colorstay in Caramel.
Daily Meals usually consist of:
Breakfast: Omelet with ham or turkey, Bacon and eggs, or Greek yogurt with honey
Lunch: Any meat. Chicken, Fish, Steak, etc. Sometimes Greek Yogurt if I'm not really hungry. If it's fast food I only eat the meat.
Dinner: Meat and Veggies
Snack: Fruit (Watermelon, Oranges, Grapes) or Protein shake
What inspired you to lose weight?
I've been overweight all my life being that I was always very short. I've always wanted to lose weight but would never stick to any plans for a decent period of time. I grew to think that I would always be plus size and I was ok with that! My confidence did not waiver because of my size, I mean this was all I knew, and also I secretly loved proving people wrong when it came to their negative opinions about plus size women. Once I sought the advice of a nutritionist, they opened my eyes up to a lifestyle that I felt could work for me and I felt hopeful. Once I had that glimmer of hope letting me know that I could possibly achieve this goal, it was nothing to it but to do it. I have to hold myself accountable for my actions. I have the proper tools and knowledge to lose weight so I have no excuse. That in itself is inspiring; knowing that I am truly in control of my body.
